*********** Step 1
Open a new transparent image 750 x 750 and fill with #ffffff, it's the color I will use on the Results page of the group.
Step 2 : The mask
Open a new raster. Fill with a colour of your choice or mine: #bde3ae Open and apply CM_SPDMasks_ByElla_4, New Masks layer >>>> from image. Merge group.
Take your magic wrand and click inside the mask, add a raster and fill with a paper or colour of your choice or mine: ##dbf0d2
Step 3 : Word Fill
Open a new transparent image 750 x 750. Choose a small font of your choice or mine Candara: 26, black.
Write my text Happy Saint Patrick's Day or yours. Click on Objects and choose Align >>> center in canvas.
Click on layer and convert to raster layer. Apply Mura Meister >>>> Copies: choose in the preset menu tiling and follow these settings:
Copy and paste this layer on your tag. Place this layer under the mask.
Apply mask 20/20 on this layer. Low the opacity to 39%.
Open pb-ip-sparkles1, copy and paste as a new layer. Place above the text.
Step 4 : Scrap kit Elements and tube
You can sharpen all the elements after resizing in adjust. Adjust >>>sharpness>>>unsharp mask (4/40/4). You can also colorize them to suit with your tube. Apply a drop shadow of your choice or mine :
V=2 O=50 H=2 F= 3 black
pb-ip-frame6, 25%, place as I did.
pb-ip-mushroom, duplicate place bottom sides of the frame.
pb-ip-glitter1, place as I did, bottom right, on the mushrooms.
pb-ip-pot-of-gold, 60%, place bottom at the end of the mushrooms.
KISM-VeniceAtMidnight-Mask, 40%, rotate left 32°, place bottom left the light.
pb-ip-rainbow4, 70%, place in the pot of gold.
Place your tube as I did if you want.
pb-ip-balloon, place top right, near the tube, rotate right:
pb-ip-sign3, apply the same rotate, place on the balloons, choose hue lightness.
pb-ip-sparkles2, place on the pot of gold and the balloons.
pb-ip-bow8, duplicate. Apply the same rotation. Resize one to 85% and the other one to 60%. Place top left of the frame as I did.
pb-ip-clover, 50%, place under the bows.
pb-ip-sucker1, bottom right, behind the mushroom.
pb-ip-luck-of-the-irish, apply filter Eye candy 4, gradiant glow with these settings ( fat checked, 3 + color white )
pb-ip-charm, 60%, hang it to the L of lucky, cut the excess
Add other elements if you want.
Add your credits on your tag with a small font such as pixelette in size 6 or 8, anti-aliasing disabled. Save your tag in jpg or PNG, don't forget to use the optimizer.
