*********** Step 1
Open a new transparent image 842x752. Add a new raster and fill with #fffff, it's the color I will use on the Results page of the group. Step 2: mask
Open a new layer, fill with #ae0000 or yours. Open and apply music mask 3 at Vicky, New Masks layer >>>> from image. Merge group. Low opacty to 43. Step 3: frame
Open Sweet Love by Anna-Jolanta (114), 37%, copy and paste as a new layer. Open Sweet Love by Anna-Jolanta (109), colorize it to suit with your tube, one to 40 % and the other to 34%. Placer as I did.. Adjust if you need. Take your magic wrand and click inside the frame. Open paper 11, copy and paste as a new layer, selection >>>>invert, delete. Keep selection: Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer, selection >>>>invert, delete. Opacity to62.
Step4: scrap kit elements and tube
You can sharpen all the elements after resizing in adjust. Adjust >>>sharpness>>>unsharp mask (4/40/4). You can also colorize them to suit with your tube. Apply a drop shadow of your choice or mine: V=3 O=40 H=3 F= 30 noir
Sweet Love by Anna-Jolanta (49), 40%, place bottom of the frame
Sweet Love by Anna-Jolanta (96), 30%, keep only the word love, place it at the end of the bar.
Sweet Love by Anna-Jolanta (40), 20%, place on the left side of the bar.
Sweet Love by Anna-Jolanta (42), 20%, mirror, place next leaves.
Sweet Love by Anna-Jolanta (76), 15%, placer au centre des feuilles.
Sweet Love by Anna-Jolanta (17), 15%, place right side of the flowers.
Sweet Love by Anna-Jolanta (46), resize twice, one to 10% and the other to 75%, place on the rose.
Sweet Love by Anna-Jolanta (64), 35%, place at the end of the bar, right side.
Sweet Love by Anna-Jolanta (14), 10%, remove the black rose, place under the word love on the bar (64).
Sweet Love by Anna-Jolanta (85), 30%, colorize as you like, place under the leaves.

Add other elements if you want.
Place your tube.
Step 5: text
Use a font of your choice. Mine is cartoon shout font , 48, anti-aliasing net. Choose a color of your tube or mine #e71518
Write my text on the scope: "ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE" or yours. Its a Beatles song !!
Apply a 3D effect >>> inner bevel with these settings :
Apply Filter Eye Candy 4>>>>gradiant Glow. (fat, 5)
Add your credits on your tag with a small font such as pixelette in size 6 or 8, anti-aliasing disabled. Save your tag in jpg or PNG, don't forget to use the optimizer.
