You can use a tube of your choice, free or not, but credit for it must be added to your tag.

*********** Step 1
Open a new transparent image 750x650 and fill with #fffff, it's the color I will use on the Results page of the group. Step 2: mask
Open a new layer, fill with paper pink. Open and apply Gemsmask16, New Masks layer >>>> from image. Merge group.
Step 3: scrap kit Elements and tube
You can sharpen all the elements after resizing in adjust. Adjust >>>sharpness>>>unsharp mask (4/40/4). You can also colorize them to suit with your tube. Apply a drop shadow of your choice or mine: V=3 O=40 H=3 F= 4 noir
welcome, 20%, place down the tag.
bottel, red à 20%, , place right side on welcome.
lamb2, 20%, place left side of the bottle.
bouquet, 20%, mirror, place left side of the lamb.
lamb, 20%, place left side of the bouquet.
rattle, 20%, place behind the bouquet.
Place your tube next to the lamb.
heart, 50%, rotation 35,65° to the left, place behind the lamb and the bottle.
balloon 2 + pink balloon, 20 % and 16%, paper balloon, 20%, place behind the heart.
cloud, duplicate, 15% and 10%, place behind the clouds.
stork with baby, 30 %, place left side of the clouds.
2hearts, 30%, place left side of the stork.
twinkling stars, on the tag, as you like.
sprig, 20%, place behind the tube.
hearts and bubbles, 50%, place as you like.
Add other elements if you want.
Step 4 : wordart
Open the wordart "Babies fill a home with love", Apply Eye Candy 4 gradiant glow ( Fat, white, 5). Place where you like.
Add your credits on your tag with a small font such as pixelette in size 6 or 8, anti-aliasing disabled. Save your tag in jpg or PNG, don't forget to use the optimizer.
