Step 1

 

Open a new transparent image 800x760. Add a new raster and fill  with #fffff, it's the color I will use on  the Results page of the group.

Step 2: masks

 

Open a new layer, fill with #eedc94.

Open and apply music mask DBV-104, New Masks layer  >>>> from image. Merge group.

 

Open paper 12, 20%, copy and paste as a new layer.

Choose a mask, I offer a choice of 3 masks, they give a different effect.

Apply the mask of your choice, new Masks layer  >>>> from image. Merge group.

Step 3: scrap kit elements and tube

 

You can sharpen all the elements after resizing in adjust. Adjust >>>sharpness>>>unsharp mask

(4/40/4). You can also colorize them to suit with your tube.

Apply a drop shadow of your choice or mine:

  V=3    O=40

             H=3    F= 30     noir

 

mouse house, 13%, place at the foot of the tree.

 

leaf boat, 15%, place on the water.

 

flower cluster, 28%, place on the right side.

 

cluster 2, 28%, place left behind the bush.

 

cluster 1, 24%, place right behind the bush.

 

cluster 4, 16%, mirror, place right behind the mushrooms.

 

mouse, 12%, place on the mushroom-house.

 

mouse 3, 15%, place right on the mushroom-house.

 

mouse 2, 15%, place at the foot of the mast on the boat.

 

flower 6, 11%, place right on the mushroom-house.

 

lanterns, 12%, place under the branch of the tree. Remove excess.

 

cloud 2, 17%, place on the top of the  tree.

 

dragonfly, 10%, left rotation of 32,09°, duplicate, mirror, place in the sky.

 

bird, 12%, place on the right side of the leaves.

 

helicopters, 15%, reverse, mirror, place right.

 

sparkle, place where youy like.

 

motion, 20%, place under the boat.

 

I placed here another tube, behind it, I placed the cheese and strawberries.

 

berries, strawberry et strawberry 2, 9%, place on the boat.

 

cheese, 8%, place  on the boat, in the middle of the strawberries.

 

wave, resized as you like, place under the boat.

 

Place your tube(s) where you want.

 

Step 4: wordart

 

With Kelly ann gothic, write "Sweet Tales", 120, net, use a color of your tube.

Apply an inner bevel:

 

 

place on the tag, above the tree.

Apply Filter Eye Candy 4>>>>gradiant Glow.

(fat, 5)

 

 

Add other elements if you want.

 

Add your credits on your tag with a small font such as pixelette in size 6 or 8, anti-aliasing disabled.

Save your tag in jpg or PNG, don't forget to use the optimizer.
