Supplies

*********** Step 1
Open a new transparent image 850x660 and fill with #fffff, it's the color I will use on the Results page of the group. Step 2: mask
Open a new layer, fill with a color or a paper of your choice. Open and apply 421insatiabledreams, New Masks layer >>>> from image. Merge group. Duplicate if your color is too light.
Step 3: scrap kit Elements and tube
You can sharpen all the elements after resizing in adjust. Adjust >>>sharpness>>>unsharp mask (4/40/4). You can also colorize them to suit with your tube. Apply a drop shadow of your choice or mine: V=3 O=40 H=3 F= 4 noir
porthole, place in the center of the tag. With your magic wrand, click inside the porthole, open a new layer, copy and paste your tube in the selection, invert and supprim, place this raster under the window.
Place your tube next to the porthole.
Sand, duplicate, place as youlike at the foot of the porthole.
Seaweed, duplicate, mirror, place left side behind the porthole.
Jellyfish, place behind the seaweed.
Wheel, 69%, place left side in the sand, duplicate, 69% one more time, place in the center..
Marble, 60%, duplicate, 50% place as you like.
Star, 50%, free rotation 24.96° to the left, place at the foot of the wheel.
Shell, place right side of the wheel.
Starfish, change the color, 60%, duplicate, place in the sand.
Anchor, 20%, free rotation 24.96° to the right, place right side of the tag.
Flower2, 50%, place right bside of the anchor.
Bubbles, Sparkles et Light, place as you like.
Add other elements if you want.
Step 4 : wordart
Open the wordart "Beach Bum", colorize as you like ( Ichoose paper4 ), apply an inner bevel if you want according to your choice of color. Apply Eye Candy 4 gradiant glow ( Fat, white, 5). Place where you like.
Add your credits on your tag with a small font such as pixelette in size 6 or 8, anti-aliasing disabled. Save your tag in jpg or PNG, don't forget to use the optimizer.
