Step 1
Open a new transparent image 1040 x 800, we'll resize to 80 %, and fill with #fffff, it's the color I will use on the Results page of the group.
Step 2: scrap kit Elements and tube
You can sharpen all the elements after resizing in adjust. Adjust >>>sharpness>>>unsharp mask (4/40/4). You can also colorize them to suit with your tube. Apply a drop shadow of your choice or mine:

Open a new layer, fill with your tube

draw it between the red heart and the musical stave

Add a new layer. Click on the text tool and write your text on the edge of the circle, Be careful ! you must not be on the circle layer to write. Use a font of your choice.
open beauty queen script font black, bold, 48, sharp write "When words fail" Deselect, promote selection to layer
step 2 do the same thing again In your tag, open a new layer, take the preset shapes tool and choose the ellipse : ellipse, black in foreground
draw it under the musical stave same settings
open LD music font black, sharp, 72 write "Music speaks"
Apply gradiant glow if you want.

open MoleminaScrap_SongOfLove_el (65) take a part of the musical stave see below:
copy and paste as a new layer place in the white border duplicate x2, mirror, flip see on my tag.
To suit with your tube, you can add other elements if you want.
Add your credits on your tag with a small font such as pixelette in size 6 or 8, anti-aliasing disabled.
Save your tag in jpg or PNG, don't forget to use the optimizer.
