Step 1
Open a new transparent image 795x 765, and fill with #ffffff, it's the color I will use on the Results page of the group.
select all add a layer paste your tube, align on the canvas

Step 2: scrap kit Elements and tube
You can sharpen all the elements after resizing in adjust. Adjust >>>sharpness>>>unsharp mask (4/40/4). You can also colorize them to suit with your tube.
Apply a drop shadow of your choice or mine

select the pearl frame paste your tube place under the frame
place these 3 elements on the lower side of the tube :

Mothers day_MTA<<< ele-48, 20% or the dog or a basket or the cupcake...as you like
take a purple rose in the el-21, 16 % duplicate 4 times place in the biggest glass drops
take a pink rose in the el-21, 10 % duplicate 4 times place in the glass drops
Mothers day_MTA<<< ele-42 resize 130, duplicate place in the smallest glass drops

In your tag, open a new layer, take the preset shapes tool and choose the ellipse : ellipse. The thickness can be less than 5 ! 1 is enough !
Draw a circle just above the frame
Add a new layer. Click on the text tool and write your text ( Best Mom Ever ) on the edge of the circle, Be careful ! you must not be on the circle layer to write. Use a font of your choice. Mine is candle mustard, net, 72, #00000 or color of your choice. Delete the circle layer. Convert the text as a new layer.

To suit with your tube, you can add other elements if you want.
Add your credits on your tag with a small font such as pixelette in size 6 or 8, anti-aliasing disabled.
Save your tag in jpg or PNG, don't forget to use the optimizer.
