Step 1
Open the template 919 x 612, background #ffffff, it's the color I will use on the Results page of the group.
Step 2: template
supprim the credits close "back"
open "front" selection all float defloat new layer open paper3, paste in selection selctall, float, defloat new layer fill with white selection<< modify<< contract de 15 suprim on the white frame apply a drop shadow
do the same with "back" but copy paper1
Step 3: scrap kit Elements and tube
You can sharpen all the elements after resizing in adjust. Adjust >>>sharpness>>>unsharp mask (4/40/4). You can also colorize them to suit with your tube.
Apply a drop shadow of your choice or mine
star, element 7.png, 20% rotate 17,89 right place in the lower side of the frames
lights, element 20.png, 50% place in the upper side of "Front" the left frame
place your tube on the right side of "Front"
surfboard, element 31.png, 42% place behind your tube
parrot, element 9.png, 10% place on your tube
butterfly, element 18.png, 23% place on the tag where you like
Christmas tree, element 26.png, 40% place on the left side of "Front"
place your 2nd tube on the left side of "Back"
Step 3: wordart
install Christmas in July font
write Christmas in July
make a gradiant
I use colors of my tube
1 : #ff0000 2: #880000 3: #ff8540 4: #84c0c6
apply inner bevel
Apply filter Eye Candy 4, gradient Glow <<<< medium, 3
To suit with your tube, you can add other elements if you want.
Add your credits on your tag with a small font such as pixelette in size 6 or 8, anti-aliasing disabled.
Save your tag in jpg or PNG, don't forget to use the optimizer.
