Step 1
Open ( 900 x 830) background #ffffff, it's the color I will use on the Results page of the group.
copy/paste element-24(theatre ), 73% center in canvas
apply a drop shadow
check shadow on new layer the raster shadows under the theatre layer
copy/paste element-33 (ballons), 81%
duplicate, image mirror place on the upper side under the theatre
apply a drop shadow
copy/paste frame-8 (red and white hoop), 61% center in the canvas apply a drop shadow you like
paste your tube in the hoop , duplicate the tube place one above and one under the hoop
supprim the surplus
element-9 (décor), 25% place on the lower side of the theatre apply a drop shadow of your choice
element-1(lion), 28% duplicate place on both sides of the element-9
element-55, 80% duplicate, image mirror place on both sides of the tag
text "Welcome to the circus" or yours if you like my wordart is in the file material,
You can sharpen all the elements after resizing in adjust. Adjust >>>sharpness>>>unsharp mask (4/40/4).
